Judge 1	CO2. Chalky, lime leaf, lemon sherbet. Bright acidity. Palate broadens out, a little warmth. Some bitterness to close.
Judge 2	Classic fiano flavours, slightly broad palate but finished with nice phenolics which bring the palate together.
