Judge 2	White peach, almond kernel. Fresh and zippy, with extract to balance. Lovely grippiness. Savoury and ambitious.
Judge 3	Generous colour, nose of wheat germ and sanlucar. Broad palate, encompassing salinity and a hint of rockmelon. Complex. Compelling.
