Judge 1	Nice cut hay and lemon pith nose and palate. Slt thin flavour on the palate and some phenolics on the finish.
Judge 2	Pear, orange blossom, quite fragrant. Feels light, despite m+ alcohol and weight - lemon-drop acid and pithy grapefruit character. Moderate length.
Judge 3	Shy aromatics. Neutral palate. Strength in subtlety. I am charmed but question commerciality.
Associate Judge	full straw, perfumed, white flowers and touch spice, medium bodied, ripe citrus fruits, crunchy acidity, good length- escapes the heat.
