Judging Results
Medal / Award Bronze
Overall Score 86
Judge 1 Mint, sweet oak. Tannins are grippy and drying against a core of plush red fruit. Chewy.
Judge 2 Fruit allowed to shine. Savoury and expressive. Dilute palate. Front fades to tannin and soapiness. Perfectly pleasant drinking with food.
Judge 3 Good colour and some simple red fruit characters. Nice palate weight but it finished a little sort and lacks a little punch.
Associate Judge Light ruby red, meaty dusty notes, slight vege overtones, light bodied, tomato leaf, sour cherry, high tannin finish.
