Honey and yellow peach, ripe fruit with a density and extract. Bitter almond/apricot kernel character is attractive, but elevated alcohol sticks out a bit.

Apricot Central. Viscous. Some heat, and also plenty of interest. Again, commercial relevance is questionable, though winemaking endeavour and skill is not.
