Judging Results
Medal / Award Bronze
Overall Score 87.5
Judge 1 Honey and yellow peach, ripe fruit with a density and extract. Bitter almond/apricot kernel character is attractive, but elevated alcohol sticks out a bit.
Judge 2 Apricot Central. Viscous. Some heat, and also plenty of interest. Again, commercial relevance is questionable, though winemaking endeavour and skill is not.
Judge 3 simple fat nose and tropical flavours on the nose. Good even palate and rich full texture
Associate Judge brilliant light gold, candied orange, touch bot? short, sweet and hot,
