Spearmint, red liquorice, sarsparilla. Textured, with fine tannin, savoury and small wild fruit, but that minty character dominates. |
Raspberry cola on the nose, nice palate with soft tannins. |
A medicinal aspect detracts, perhaps a little underripe? |
violets/rose petal pot puri notes, juicy red berry fruit, fleshy, good concentration, high tannin, good complexity, looks european |
