Cooked fruit characters, tropical and bananas with pineapples. Slow ferment or a touch to warm? Elevated sweetness to compensate fruit leaves it unbalanced

Dissolved CO2. Fragrant and lifted. Fresh ginger/red apple skin/musk. Textured and balanced palate - lots of impact, a little RS and a fair amount of phenolic chalkiness. Falls away a little on the finish but attractive.

True Gewürz floral; musk; rose water...well framed and poised, mid palate sweetness also true to style. Viscous. Tease of spice. Alsace.
