Clean, fresh, some brine, crisp
Blanched in the glass. Lifted aromatics, albeit umami rather than fruit based. Textural tease, lively and cleansing. Makes me thirsty for more of it. Just lacking fruit.
Citrus melon. Flinty savoury notes. Spice. Crunchy palate, good texture, bright flavour.
Stale, Some melon fruit character on palate. Simple and relatively short.
