Candied fruit showing development and age. Good varietal notes and definition considering the age and nice to drink.
Riper, perhaps some botrytis giving yellow and orange fruit character, apricot etc. Ginger, lychee, Alsatian profile. Dry, with a little extract, perhaps a little RS would give some generosity? Alcohol warm on the finish as the wine comes up in temperature.
Fresh apricot and grapefruit citrus aromas. Sulphur reduction. Burst of sweetness on the mid palate. Drops away quickly - lacks acid balance
Full straw, ripe apricot notes, some spice, medium bodied, good palate weight, plush fruit, lacking some freshness- acid finishes hard
