Artificial, candied, developing. Green apple, very bright acidity to balance. A wine of two halves - the deep colour and unattractive nose belies the balance and freshness of the palate. |
Stinky nose, which follows onto the palate. Dirty, wooly character. |
Dried apricots. Rich and complex with lovely acid drive. Very uplifting and cleansing on palate. Clean and interesting. Yum. |
Forward characters. Oxidised. Sweet and sour acid. |
