Lovely colour. M+ intensity. Fennel, dill, green olive. Raspberry. Bright acid, chalky tannin, lick of vanilla. Dry palate.
Evident oak but seems to integrate fairly well. Will perhaps look better with a bit of age. Savoury tannins with ice acid balance. May have looked better with the oak dialled down a bit.
Fruit seems stripped off slightly, but does have some freshness on the palate.
Ripe dried berries. Oak and fruit sweetness. Hot. Chewy oak tannins.
