Judge 1	dense, dark brooding sort of fruit. Earthy/savoury notes little spike but good length.
Judge 2	Soft sasparilla herbs and kid glove oak don't resonate with this variety, but it's a mellow, savoury medium bodied red.
Judge 3	Dark and liquorice core - concentration of flavour slightly too much. Intensity of tannin.
