Judge 1	Pale colour, apple, ginger, rosewater. Full sweet and a little cloying, but the fruit has purity and finesse. Just a little more acid balance?
Judge 2	Balance to the palate with flavour, sugar and acid (slightly shy on the acid if anything). Fresher fruit on the palate with slightly dirty fruit on the nose
