Judge 1	Interesting toasty (age?) honeyed lanolin elements loquats/white fruits some fine boned light bodied fresh perhaps just a touch short.
Judge 2	Salty nose and palste with bite; slippery grilled lime skins, tangy warm stones minerals. Lots of interest if not crisp.
Judge 3	Masking of the fruit on the nose, with quite a dull palate.
Associate Judge	Lemon yellow, lanolin nose, reedy, honeysuckle, Forward, not old. Pal is a little dull and fading. still has some lemon curd, pear and apple crumble bits. Lacks fruit carry on the finish.
