Judge 1	Dark fruit, cold tea, tobacco. Concentration, fleshy, ink and liquorice. Savoury. A little warm to finish, moderate persistence.
Judge 2	Nice spice & white pepper. Very slightly green. Nice palate structure but tannins are also a little green.
Judge 3	Darker in style, both on nose and palate. Bigger, without being too big. Continuing length on finish
