Judge 1	Soapy florals and some oak? Restrained and elegant acidity, gentle bitterness/phenolic grip. Ginger-like warmth.
Judge 2	Evident Oak seems to hide any varietal character. Wine is also a bit thin to carry the oak. Dry finish.
Judge 3	Slight dirty/musky to the nose adding to the aroma. Good length on the finish, without excessive alcoholic heat.
Associate Judge	Preserved lemon. Almond oak. Spicy fruit, toasty oak. Good persistent acid. Nice oak tannins on finish.
