Dark fruits almost foxy charater to the wine with underlying musty character. chunky palate. |
Smoky, biscuity, floral, inky. Ripe but present tannins. Bit slippery on the palate/reduced - misses its mark vis a vis depth of flavour. |
Darkness of fruit spectrum, with an earthy character slightly present. High tannins but not out of balance. |
Great col, brooding nose, fresh blue and black. spice, some meatiness. Firm and full pal with fruit standing up with the tannins. Swathes of dark fruits. long. Well made. |
