Judge 1	Med+ intensity, ginger, red apple skin. Good concentration and presence. Some RS balanced by freshness and gentle bitterness offsets oily texture. Some warmth.
Judge 2	Classic G nose with lots of floral notes. Unfortunately a bit thin on the palate with high alcohol and slight bitterness.
Judge 3	Restraint to the nose with a moderate continuing flavour on the finish.
Associate Judge	Clean orange blossom, blananced clean palate with slight phenolic adding to textural complexity. Sweet/sour.
