Judge 1	Classic G nose with lots of floral notes. Unfortunately a bit thin on the palate with high alcohol and slight bitterness.
Judge 2	Restraint to the nose with a moderate continuing flavour on the finish.
Judge 3	Med+ intensity, ginger, red apple skin. Good concentration and presence. Some RS balanced by freshness and gentle bitterness offsets oily texture. Some warmth.
Associate Judge	Clean orange blossom, blananced clean palate with slight phenolic adding to textural complexity. Sweet/sour.
