Restrained at first- seaspray, lemon citrus. Deceptively weighty and concentrated, pithy bitterness that is attractive. Crunchy and refreshing. Med+ length.
Evident oak but a strange sour note creeps through too. Palate is soft and plush with oak dominating any fruit or real appeal.
Nose is a bit hollow and lacking in defined fruit character. Line of acid for freshness on the finish
Toasted almonds, preserved lemons. Concentrated. Lots of flavour! Nice oak fruit balance.
