Judging Results |
not quite clean, hey sillage, VA pops up
palate lacks balance, sugary sweetness, not enough acid
Mid-straw, clear & bright. Clear & clean botrytis aromas overlay. Very luscious palate still with enough acidity to rein in the finish.
Med straw, botrytis, apricot, touch green bean, viscosity, RS, greeness comes out on palate, tannins firm top of palate, apricot attractive, bit too firm
Apricot, sultana, some nice phenolic, good balance but not very complex
