not quite clean, hey sillage, VA pops up
palate lacks balance, sugary sweetness, not enough acid |
Mid-straw, clear & bright. Clear & clean botrytis aromas overlay. Very luscious palate still with enough acidity to rein in the finish. |
Med straw, botrytis, apricot, touch green bean, viscosity, RS, greeness comes out on palate, tannins firm top of palate, apricot attractive, bit too firm |
Apricot, sultana, some nice phenolic, good balance but not very complex |
