Judge 1	savoury peppery nose. Palate has some good dark fruit with slightly green peppery undercurrent as well as a savoury element with slightly drying finish.
Judge 2	Vegetal, cola bean nose. Cinnamon, nutmeg, wooded spice. Beautiful lifted wine shame about the drying finish
