good clean lift, dried lime zest some hey notes
palate has good balance - sweetness with lime cordial, sherberty acid |
Full gold, clear & bright. Incredibly rich & sweet. Over the top. Full spectrum of botrytis characters on palate, which weren't as evident on the nose. A bit too cloying. |
Bronze, honeyed mead character, sweetness and round front palate, acidity too hard |
Like the intensity on the palate but doesn't finish fresh enough, stone fruit and floral good, VA taking away from the wine |
