Judging Results |
good clean lift, dried lime zest some hey notes
palate has good balance - sweetness with lime cordial, sherberty acid
Full gold, clear & bright. Incredibly rich & sweet. Over the top. Full spectrum of botrytis characters on palate, which weren't as evident on the nose. A bit too cloying.
Bronze, honeyed mead character, sweetness and round front palate, acidity too hard
Like the intensity on the palate but doesn't finish fresh enough, stone fruit and floral good, VA taking away from the wine
