Judge 2	honey, sweet and sour balance with an apricot kernel finish, nice little bit of depth and weight
Judge 3	mid-gold/amber; dried apricots and ginger flower. A lovely line of spice, fleshy and fuller bodied, neat phenolics and finishes fresh.
