Judge 1	purple red, quite deep and dark. Fleshy and softer on the palate than you might think, in the mould of Montepulciano. Nice
Judge 2	Fragrant, juicy and youthful. Lovely colour. Pepper spice, attractive. Not just jubey though - fine chalky tannin and mid weight.
Judge 3	Blackberry and strawberry aromas of ripe fruit. Crunchy ripe fruit with drying powdery tannins.
