Judge 1	Water white hint of lemon. Spring water, hint of passionfruit. Light to medium. Moderate depth and lemon tang. Quite simple.
Judge 2	chalky, cheesy, bees waxy and marzipan like with a honey suckle lift. Lovely texture with obvious lees work and falls slightly on the alcohol warmth on the finish
