Very pale lemon yellow. Sprinkling of spice, white florals and pear. Moderate intensity. Fresh airy style. Little edgy and tart on the acid. Clipped length, short.
Sauv Blanc yeast driving the style, where is the Viognier character? Slight bitter greenness on end.
lots of fruit lift, exotic perfume. not sure whether is yeast derived? follows through in the elegant and refined palate.
Bright, clean lifted fruit, white peach, fresh, zippy on palate that fades a little to a warmer finish
