Judge 1	purple red and very grapey. Reminds of cool climate European wine like Blaufrankisch
Judge 2	Dark fruited, structured tannin. Nice core of dark fruit isn't quite enough to hold up to the tannin and it dries out on the finish
Judge 3	Rich concentrated black fruit. Durif? Has a dark fruited core with some red fruits around the sides. Assertive tannins and freshness bring this wine into balance.
