Judge 2	darker in colour, some vanilla an lifted sl "turned" apricot, moderate sweetness, ditto lightly turned fruit too alate, some acid cleans up the finish
Judge 3	Great lien fresh cracking toffee characters, plate lunch and generous, but acid in check and palate finish fresh, neither hot nor to sweet well balance tough bitter finish
