Intense purple fruit, bright in the glass. Dense broody aromas, spice and briar. Rich, expansive palate. Good freshness and tannin bite. Pucker to finish. Tight and quite raw but with nutty, fruit cake flavours. Bigger generous example. More restraint and freshness for gold?
