Judge 1	open sweet fruited gamay. A little alcoholic for the weight/style
Judge 2	Dark fruit, white smoke, dark earth. Mid weight, although the alcohol is elevated. Simple fruit spectrum, chalky tannin.
Judge 3	Lifted spice, fresh herbs and wild strawberry. Soft red fruits with silky tannins. A seamless line of flavour continues through the palate.
