Judge 1	some aldehyde, but still fresh, beautiful saline mid, phenolics in check, lemon pith. dry finish, grapefruit
Judge 2	light straw coloured, subdued, sl sweatier fruit characters, some yeaty doughyness, complex front, with a higher alcohol burn from mid through to finish, a little awkward and very spiritious to finish. Almost a little "fortified" like
Judge 3	Nose a little subdued, a little advanced on the nose. The palate is is quite hot and the phenolic are a touch bitter interesting metallic finish
