Judge 1	Lifted orange rind, fennel, dried yellow flowers. Savoury complexity. Pepper, cardamon. Chalky texture and balanced bitterness. Savoury and appetising.
Judge 2	gun powder smoke, chock and flinty characters, a bit of va yet still youthful and fresh. good texture and flesh
Judge 3	anitipasto, pickles, grass clippings, ditto palate, digestif bitterness builds through mid to finish, all there but a touch hard.
