Lifted orange rind, fennel, dried yellow flowers. Savoury complexity. Pepper, cardamon. Chalky texture and balanced bitterness. Savoury and appetising.

anitipasto, pickles, grass clippings, ditto palate, digestif bitterness builds through mid to finish, all there but a touch hard.
