Mid red/brick. Milky/vanilla and red fruits. Good, firm line of tannins. |
oak driven vanilla nose - though not tiring or overdone. there is great concentration here. A core of minerality lifts fruit and oak. perhaps a slight drones of oak takes this out of gold but overall good |
Dark cherry, plum, hint of orange rind, soft acid and persistent tannins, good length |
Varietal, savoury. Nice crunchy acidity. Great length and texture. |
