Judge 1	earthy, peaty, oak, showing maturity, tannins integrated, aging slowly
Judge 2	this is fabulous. Mature with brick earthworks (dry) and earth/moss (moist) which adds up to a fantastic complex put-together. Yum!
Judge 3	Brown colour. Clearly considerable age. Pretty much gone aromatically in the tarry spectrum. Mid palate okay, but finishes with very dry tannins. Classic case of fruit gone, leaving tannin shell.
