Straw yellow, honeyed and toasty nose, long citrus fruit, lemon pith and toasty palate, |
a little overly toasted nose, oxi but not in a flattering way. good nutty tones, crunchy acid but it drops at the finish. |
Straw, toasty nose (bottle age?), olive oil, sea foam. Fresh vibrant, lees texture, finely balanced with good carry. |
light gold, smoaky, intense, medium body, bread crust, fresh with some evident phenolics. Nice persistency. |
