Straw yellow, honeyed and toasty nose, long citrus fruit, lemon pith and toasty palate,

a little overly toasted nose, oxi but not in a flattering way. good nutty tones, crunchy acid but it drops at the finish.

Straw, toasty nose (bottle age?), olive oil, sea foam. Fresh vibrant, lees texture, finely balanced with good carry.

light gold, smoaky, intense, medium body, bread crust, fresh with some evident phenolics. Nice persistency.
