Pale straw yellow, intense aromatic, herbal green edged fruit, green edged phenolic palate, lots of grip on finish |
nose is driven not by sulphur, no evident of florals or fruit. same a gin on the palate with a flat finish. |
VPS, Reductive, but it does lift. Lemon rind, fresh herbs, baked pastry. Stonefruit on palate, slippery texture. Well done. |
