Pale straw yellow, intense aromatic, herbal green edged fruit, green edged phenolic palate, lots of grip on finish

nose is driven not by sulphur, no evident of florals or fruit. same a gin on the palate with a flat finish.

VPS, Reductive, but it does lift. Lemon rind, fresh herbs, baked pastry. Stonefruit on palate, slippery texture. Well done.
