Purple red, vanillin oak leads with raspberry fruit, sweet fruit, just enough length tight finish

leathery, alcohol driven, forest floor, overly extracted bold palate. oak is dominate.

deep red, good red fruit, nice intensity and spice on the palate. Warm on the background does not affect drinkability. Re-testing some signs of aging and VA (unfortunately), otherwise great potential.
