Straw yellow, honeyed and toasty, some delicate sweet fruit, long finish |
golden, a little ripe yet with a lovely honey spice, great development on the palate with viscosity to support a long finish |
PS, White flowers, beeswax. Lifted and complex. Rich, but savoury, warming finish |
a touch close with some cheesy characters underneath, refreshing and floral on the palate, oxidation on the background well integrated. |
