Judge 1	Pale straw yellow, subtle pear and quince, soft and crisp palate with some creamy texture
Judge 2	lovely yellow stone fruit, straw, fruit is green on the palate, would've liked a little bit more fruit with this level of acid
Judge 3	PS. Pure fruit, lifted lemon, melon and gun smoke. Pure and fleshy fruit, but well balanced with a fine slippery texture.
