dried herbs on nose, bright palate, yum, nice tannin grip, fresh finish
Med red, methoxypyrazine note (fresh asparagus), red berry, fuller palate, roundness and softness, well made
Bright mid plum. Attractive sweet red and black berries. Soy. Hint of chocolate. Perhaps some whole bunch. Very fine grained taniss, but the added acidity (unfortunately) exacerbates the tannins on the finish.
light red, spice, warm cinnamon, following Christmas spice on the palate, leathery, dark cherries, grainy tannins, good length
