generous nose, oak there, richer style, fine tannins integrated, fruit could carry more through to the end for balance
Med red, hint of purple hue, touch meaty/earthy, mulberry, texture and depth, toasty oak on finish, relatively soft, bit out of class for fresh and juicy
Bright plum. Q.closed. Purple fruits. Green olive tapenade. Quite assertive fine tannins for the style, perhaps exacerbated by acidity. Doesn't quite have the fruit weight to carry it.
dark red, orange peel, leather, high vanilla, softer tannins, fruit compote, round finish
