deeper pinky hue with very high solids.
Strawberry and cream like flavours
round and soft in the mouth... fleshy
A lot interest here |
Cheery red Cloud. raspberry sorbet, textural, lovely length of fruit, just needs tighter acidity |
strawberry red, very cloudy, crushed strawberries on nose and palate, quite bitter on finish, sickly |
super cherry ripe nose that follows through on the palate, freshness, fermented fruit juice that's pleasant enough, a bit sweet |

Pettilant Naturel |
False |
We hand picked Aglianico grapes and whole bunch pressed them to make Rose juice. A week or so after fermentation had began and we were happy with the balance of flavours and sugar, we bottled the wine straight from its fermentation vessel directly into glass with a crown seal to make a petillant naturel sparkling. |
