Toasty development is the main feature of the wine
short palate with edgy finish |
colour forward. showing some upfront age. Toasty, oily, grapefruit, nectarine and candied citrus. Bubbles big and up front, wine too sweet on the finish. Little bitter |
medium green, some autolysis with burnt toffee notes, green apple and honey on finish |
Toasted and bread like aromas, good full mouthfeel and nice bubble shape, could have more drive on the palate, medium acidity is met by some nice phenolics, this wine feels very made but good |
