Judging Results |
savoury with plenty of oak influence
anise, cherry, plum, oak over powering , grainy tannin, fruit drops away
dark red , sweet and sour fruit , tight tannins , some acid on finish
savoury horse saddle aromas, slight burnt rubber on the nose but not on the palate, minty and that sweet sour thing thats letting this wine down sadly
