Judge 1	Soy sauce and hints of volatility. Tannins front and centre, but needs a little more back up from fruit weight. Short.

Judge 3	some reduction and proscuitto, green olive, tar. Leathery chewy tannins.
Associate Judge	Lovely nose, violets and black cherry, spice cinnamon. A bit hot, some nice fruit weight but it is oak tannins that prevail. Slightly bitter finish
