Judge 1	Bright, dark red. Good mousse and persistence. A lot of toasty vanillin oak. Very sweet and oaky, needs more acid and fruit to balance.
Judge 2	deep colour. earthy. black fruits. sweet spice leather. funky reduction. good use of sweetness firm minerally tannins.
Judge 3	has some reduction and dank green notes on the nose, upfront sweeteness on the palate which falls a bit short on the finish. Soft tannins. Fine bubbles.
