Judge 1	spicy, stewed fruits, some VA, palate is sour and lean and firm.
Judge 2	slightly shrill fruit - acid is very prominent and in the lemon spectrum.
Judge 3	Closed a little sweaty dank fruit - crunchy mid palate - tangy finish
Associate Judge	Textbook classic Australian sangiovese, very serious and dense, but still expressive aromatically. Some decent maceration work and barrel work to boot (edging on sweet vanilla oak characters), but carries it well whilst maintaining acidity.
