| riper fruits, some oak possibly, complexity appears to come from base wine. quite complex, quite fuller bodied |
| slight leesy edge, creamy mouthfeel, fine bead. some sulphide. |
| Skins of yellow plums and hints of alka seltzer - citric peel finish with aggressive mousse |
| Slightly smoky biscuity autolysis notes, fruit on the shy side. Bit of a disconnect from the palate to the nose, much more presence in the mouth, autolysis character really comes through (longer on lees?), varietal identity seems a bit lost, possibly on the neutral side. |

| A blend of multiple vintages, all of which spent extended time on lees to build texture, complexity and go some way towards emulating some of the characteristics of in-bottle tirage.
The blend was assembled in October 2021 prior to undergoing secondary tank (charmat) fermentation.
