ripe apple, nice acid drive through the palate and good length. fresh finish, very good.

Biscuit lined fleshy stone fruit nose with a fine lined lime wheel of acidic drive that is lean and long, whilst the fruit drops short

Some serious autolysis notes, perhaps even some malo/barrel work in the base wine. Rich and complex on the palate, rich fruit notes, high quality sparkling.
