Judge 1	herbal, dried herbs, tomato leaf, lantana, very herbal. acidity is quite pronounced
Judge 2	herbal, very sour edged.
Judge 3	Resinous oak, hidden black fruit, stalky meat - oak takes over in the palate leaving the fruit behind
Associate Judge	Fernet Branca, minty peppery herbal. Very interesting but looks a little odd as well. Good freshness, a like the subtle tannins, but the herbal savoury spice elements kind of go away from the varietal characters.
